Skype for Business is a slightly modified version of the original, consumer-grade Skype. Skype for Business is typically installed with Microsoft Office. If you have Office installed on your work computer, you should also have Skype for Business on there, too. Other agencies in our state government have had this for years — Lync was the previous name.

Just click your Windows Start button and start typing, "Skype for Business." Make sure you don't click on regular "Skype," if you do have it installed. This will not log you in to your work account.
